Nest no power to rc wire

We have gone through all the troubleshooting steps on the Nest webpage, as well as anything we can find online. Everything seems to be working perfectly, no backups, no clogged lines, etc. The little fuse box thing under the thermostat shows all the wires connected properly, including the Rc wire it's telling us isn't getting power.
