Earlier this morning, I took my 22 Pilot Elite to the dealer because of the recent 23V-431 MOST FAKRA connector recall. The repair job took approximately 3.5 hours. When I picked up the car, I noticed several damages on the dashboard and infotainment display.
Then, using the straight FAKRA tool, disconnect the red and green FAKRA connectors, and remove them from the gauge control module. Do not pull on the units while the FAKRA connectors are connected to help prevent communication issues.
