Paralyzing arrows is to unreliable to use and even if you try to build towards it with Enchantment DCs it won't make to much a difference at higher levels. There's a few pros and cons to going this route instead of the Horizon Walker: Pro #1) You avoid taking 3 levels of Horizon Walker and get more Slayer class features; Pro #2) You can select the Dimensional Agility feats sooner and get access to Dimensional Dervish at level 11, which is a whole 2 levels earlier than my original build;
