On a Kenmore Coldspot 106 refrigerator, the ice maker stopped working after a 24hr power outage. Eveything else works fine. I removed the ice maker and tested the power at the wiring harness, and found it to be 35v instead of the expected 110v. I replaced the ice maker (in case it's supposed to work on 35v), and the new one also does nothing.
