Half the router/modem Cox uses is hot garbage. You cannot virtually change port forward settings on Cox.com. I would strongly suggest getting a Nighthawk router and nighthawk cable modem to replace it as you are literally renting garbage that barely works. (They use nighthawk router built in but the problem is the cable modem is Arris).
