I always loved how metrics are established by people who have never worked a claim, especially pre-D with 10+ conditions all needing exams with STR and medical records review. I was good, but couldn’t finish those claims in 30 min. Worse claims was 56 conditions and 3600pages of STR, half hand written. Took 2.5 days for 1 fcked pt. 🤪
